Traditional Kada Prasad Recipe Gurudwara | Aate Ka Halwa | Kada Prasad Recipe | How to Make Kada Prasad | Karah Prasad | Kada Prasad Recipe Easy | Gurudwara Style Kada Prasad | Today, we have brought for you the recipe of making Kada Prasad, which is also known as Aate ka Halwa. This prasad, available at the Gurudwara, is both tasty to eat and easy to make. Refined flour, ghee, and sugar are used to make this halwa. So, let's know the complete method of making it.


Ingredients:

1 cup wheat flour

1 cup sugar

3/4 cup ghee

1 cup water


  Gurdwara ka Famous Kada Prasad 


Instructions:

First of all, heat ghee in a pan. Keep in mind that the ghee is hot and does not burn.

Now add wheat flour to it and keep stirring continuously with a spoon.

Keep stirring it till the color of the flour becomes golden brown. This process will take about 10-15 minutes.

Now we will make syrup in another vessel. Add 1 cup sugar to 1 cup water and boil till the sugar melts.

Now pour this syrup slowly in the pan and keep stirring continuously so that lumps do not form. And keep one thing in mind, while adding the syrup it might spill, so work carefully.

Now cook it on low flame till ghee starts separating from it.

When ghee starts separating, turn off the gas and cover it and keep it aside for 5 minutes.

Finally, Gurdwara-like Kada Prasad is ready. Serve it hot.


Note:

The ratio of ghee and sugar should be as follows. If you are making more or less halwa, then follow the same ratio so that it tastes like Gurdwara Kada Prasad.
