Ingredients:
500 grams cabbage finely chopped
2-3 medium-sized potatoes, cut into cubes
1 medium-sized tomato, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh green peas
2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
4-5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt to taste
Green coriander leaves
2 tablespoons oil
| Patta Gobhi or Aloo Ki Sabji |
Instructions:
First of all, heat the oil in a pan. Now add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and asafoetida, and let it crackle.
After this, add chopped green chilies and garlic and fry well.
Now add potatoes and green peas and fry well, then add chopped cabbage and cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Now add tomatoes and mix. Also, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and salt to taste. Let it cook for 2 minutes, until the tomatoes are cooked well.
Now mix all the ingredients well and let it cook on a low flame.
Finally, garnish with coriander leaves. Cabbage Potato Sabji is ready to serve. You can serve it with paratha or roti.
