Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon carom seeds
1 tablespoon nigella seeds
Salt to taste
2-3 tablespoons ghee/oil
Oil for frying
Water as needed

Instructions:
First, combine the flour, carom seeds, nigella seeds, and salt in a bowl.
Add ghee/oil and mix well.
Add a little water and knead into a soft dough. Set it aside for 10 minutes.
Heat the oil for frying.
Mash the dough once and roll it into small balls.
Now, roll it into medium-sized puris. Make sure they are neither too thick nor too thin. Roll out all the puris and prepare them.
Fry them one by one in oil until golden brown. Drain them on a sheet of paper.
That's it, your market-like khasta papadi are ready at home. You can serve them as a Diwali snack or with morning tea.
