Ingredients:
For the Stuffing
1 cup grated cabbage
1 medium-sized onion
2-3 finely chopped green chilies
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
Salt to taste (add salt to the stuffing when making parathas)
For the dough
2 cups wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil (for kneading)
Water as needed

Instructions:
First, combine all the ingredients for the stuffing mentioned above in a bowl. Add all the ingredients except the salt.
Now, add salt and oil to the flour and knead it into a soft dough. Set it aside for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, knead the dough again and roll it into a medium-sized ball. Dust it with dry flour and roll it lightly. Add salt to the stuffing and mix. Then, using a spoon, place the stuffing on the dough ball and seal it on all sides.
Now, dip it thoroughly in dry flour again and roll it out gently. Roll it neither too thick nor too thin. Adjust the size of the paratha according to your requirements.
Now, take a non-stick pan and heat it. Place the rolled paratha on it and cook it thoroughly on both sides over low heat for 10-15 seconds.
Apply ghee/oil/butter as per your choice on the paratha. Now, the delicious cabbage parathas are ready to serve. Serve hot with yogurt.
