Today, we bring you a recipe for Sattu Paratha. Rich in protein and fiber, Sattu Paratha is incredibly delicious. Sattu is roasted chickpea powder. Added onions and some spices, it's then stuffed into a dough ball to make a paratha. You can also enjoy it with yogurt. You can also eat it for breakfast or take it with you on long trips. So let us know the complete method of making Sattu Paratha.
Ingredients:
1 cup Sattu
1 medium-sized onion, chopped
Half a green coriander leaf
2-3 chopped green chilies
3-4 chopped garlic cloves
1 inch grated ginger
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon pickle masala
2 tablespoons mustard oil
Salt to taste
2-3 tablespoons water

Instructions:
First, knead the wheat dough into a dough that's neither soft nor stiff and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Now, for the filling, combine the sattu powder, onion, garlic, ginger, and all the spices in a bowl.
Also, add the pickle masala and mustard oil. After mixing everything thoroughly, sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons of water on top to soften the filling.
Now, take a ball of dough, fill it with the filling, close it on all sides, dust it with dry flour, and roll it out lightly.
Now, heat a pan and place the paratha on it. Fry well on both sides over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Apply oil/ghee/butter and fry.
Now, prepare all the parathas one by one in the same manner.
Finally, the Sattu Roti/Paratha is ready to serve. You can also serve it with yogurt.
