1 cup boiled and mashed sweet potatoes (approximately 1 medium-sized sweet potato)
2 cups whole wheat flour
1–2 green chilies, finely chopped (optional)
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds or powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala (optional)
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
Salt, to taste
1–2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves (optional)
1–2 teaspoons oil or ghee (for the dough)
Water, as needed

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, whole wheat flour, green chilies, ginger, cumin, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, coriander leaves, and oil/ghee.
2. Mix everything well. Add water little by little and knead into a soft dough. If the sweet potatoes are very moist, you may not need much water.
3. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10–15 minutes.
