1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, whole wheat flour, green chilies, ginger, cumin, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, coriander leaves, and oil/ghee.

2. Mix everything well. Add water little by little and knead into a soft dough. If the sweet potatoes are very moist, you may not need much water.

3. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10–15 minutes.

4. Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.

5. Roll each ball into a 6–7 inch circle, using flour as needed.

6. Heat a griddle or pan. Place the rolled paratha on it. Cook for about 1 minute, then flip it over.

7. Apply ghee or oil to both sides and cook until golden brown, pressing gently to ensure even cooking.

8. Repeat the same process with the remaining dough.
