Ingredients:
1 cup sago (soaked overnight)
1/4 cup roasted peanuts (coarsely ground)
2 medium-sized potatoes (boiled)
2-3 chopped green chilies
1 inch grated ginger
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder (optional)
Black salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
Oil for frying

Instructions:
First, combine sabudana, peanuts, chopped green chilies, ginger, cumin seeds, black pepper powder, black salt to taste, and mashed boiled potatoes in a plate.
Add coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well.
Now, to fry the sabudana vadas, heat oil in a pan.
Now, make a medium-sized ball from the mixture, shape it into a round shape, and press it in the center with your palm. Just like we press a kachori. Sabudana Vadas are flat.
Prepare all the vadas in this manner. Now, one by one, place them in the pan for frying.
Fry them over low-medium heat for 5 minutes until golden brown. Then, transfer the fried vadas to a plate.
Now, the Delicious and Crispy Sabudana Vadas are ready. Serve them hot.
