Therefore, you can prepare and eat today's recipe during the fasting days. Today, we bring you recipes for Farali Aloo Sabzi & Sabudana Puri. You can make these during any fast, be it Shivratri, Ganesh Chaturthi, or even Navratri. So, let's learn the complete method of this Farali recipe, which takes just half an hour.
Ingredients:
1 cup sago
3-4 boiled potatoes
2-3 green chilies
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2-3 tablespoons ghee/oil
Chopped coriander leaves
1/2 lemon slice
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Water as needed

Instructions:
First, lightly roast the sago in a pan. Let it cool and then grind it finely in a mixer.
Now transfer it to a plate and add salt, half a teaspoon of cumin seeds, and 1 tablespoon of ghee/oil. Add water as needed and knead the dough until it is soft. Set it aside for 10 minutes.
Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee/oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and chopped green chilies and fry.
Add chopped boiled potatoes and mix.
Add coarsely ground peanuts and salt to taste. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Finally, garnish it with green coriander. Squeeze half a lemon over the top and mix everything well.
Finally, the Farali Aloo Sabzi is ready. Now prepare the Sabudana Puri to serve with it.
Heat oil in a pan for frying.
Now that we've kneaded the Sabudana dough, make small balls. Roll them gently, one by one, into the shape of a Puri.
Fry them in oil until golden brown. Make all the Puris this way.
Finally, the Sabudana Puri and Farali Aloo Sabzi are ready for the fast. Serve hot after offering it to God.
