Ingredients:
1 packet Maggi noodles (or any instant noodles)
1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, bell peppers, beans), finely chopped
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
1 1/2 cups water
Maggi Tastemaker (from the packet)
1/3 cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix of both)
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh coriander (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:
Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion (if using) and sauté until translucent.
Add the mixed vegetables and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
Add the water and bring to a boil.
Add the Maggi noodles and Tastemaker spice mix. Mix well.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are almost cooked and most of the water has been absorbed.
Reduce the heat to low and sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the noodles. Cover the pan and let the cheese melt for 1-2 minutes.
Gently stir to combine the melted cheese throughout.
Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
Garnish with fresh coriander if desired and serve hot.
