Ingredients:
2 cups grated pumpkin
2 tablespoons ghee
1/2 cup sugar (to taste)
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
10-12 cashews and almonds (chopped)
10-12 raisins

Instructions:
Prepare the Pumpkin:
Peel and grate the pumpkin.
Cook the Pumpkin:
Heat ghee in a pan. Add the grated pumpkin and sauté over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, until it softens and the raw smell disappears.
Add milk:
Add milk and cook, stirring occasionally, until the pumpkin absorbs the milk and the mixture thickens.
Add sugar:
Add sugar and stir. The mixture will thicken; continue stirring until it thickens again.
Flavors and nuts:
