1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions:

Make the White Chocolate Ganache: Pour the heavy cream into a small saucepan and place it over low heat on the stove. As soon as the cream begins to warm up, add the chopped white chocolate and stir continuously until the chocolate has completely melted; be careful not to let the cream boil. Once the chocolate has fully melted, turn off the heat and allow the ganache to cool completely.

Blend: Pour the cooled white chocolate ganache and the chilled milk into a blender, then blend for 5 seconds. Now, add the vanilla ice cream and blend for about 10 seconds, or until all the ingredients are well combined and have achieved a creamy texture.

Serve: Garnish with a swirl of whipped cream on top, a little extra ganache, and a sprinkle of chopped white chocolate. Serve immediately.

Tips and Variations:

Use Full-Fat Milk: For a richer and creamier milkshake, use full-fat milk instead of low-fat milk.

Blend Carefully: To prevent the ice cream from melting too much, blend in short bursts.

Adjust Sweetness to Taste: Taste and adjust the sweetness according to your preference—if you desire a stronger white chocolate flavor, add a little more ganache. Skip the Ganache (Optional): You can simply melt the white chocolate and add it directly; however, preparing a ganache results in a smoother milkshake texture and allows the chocolate to blend more seamlessly into the drink.

Quick and Easy Method: If you prefer a fuss-free approach, this milkshake can be made using just four basic ingredients—milk, vanilla ice cream, vanilla extract, and white chocolate chips. Simply combine all these ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Raspberry Twist: If you’d like to try something fruity, combine vanilla ice cream, melted white chocolate, milk, and raspberry syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth, pour into a glass, and garnish with fresh raspberries and a drizzle of melted white chocolate.

Storage: For the thickest and coldest milkshake experience, serve immediately.
